Welcome to Ibiza Piggies™, operated by Bahamas Piggies Enterprises LLC (“the Company”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchase of products, and related services. By accessing or using Ibiza Piggies™ or purchasing any products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
No provision herein shall limit any non-waivable right you may have under applicable consumer laws in the State of Florida or other jurisdictions where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.
2. Use of the Website
License and Access
Ibiza Piggies™ grants you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the website solely for personal shopping and informational purposes. This license excludes:
- Reselling or commercially using our website or its contents.
- Using data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.

- Ownership: The Ibiza Piggies™ brand—including logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property—is owned by Imaginaring Holdings LLC. All rights are reserved and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
- Exclusive Licensing: Bahamas Piggies Enterprises LLC exclusively holds the right to license, use, manufacture, promote, and exploit the Ibiza Piggies™ brand as granted by Imaginaring Holdings LLC. No other entity or individual is authorized to license the Ibiza Piggies™ brand.
3. User Responsibilities
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Activities
You are strictly prohibited from using the website to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the website’s normal operation. Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity may be grounds for termination of your access.
4. Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
Ibiza Piggies™ and Bahamas Piggies Enterprises LLC provide the website and all products “as is”, with no warranties of any kind—express or implied—including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ibiza Piggies™, Bahamas Piggies Enterprises LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the products or the website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ibiza Piggies™, Bahamas Piggies Enterprises LLC, and any affiliates, employees, or agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the website or violation of these Terms.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise specified in a valid arbitration agreement.

Ibiza Piggies™ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By continuing to use our website or services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
7. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
8. Ownership Protection
- Reporting Violations: To report any misuse of the Ibiza Piggies™ brand, please contact [email protected].
- Legal Action: Imaginaring Holdings LLC and Bahamas Piggies Enterprises LLC reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized use or any violation of the Ibiza Piggies™ brand or licensing agreement.
- Changes to Licensing Agreement: Any changes to the licensing agreement will be reflected on this page.
9. Description of the Service
- Overview: Ibiza Piggies™ is your destination for beach-inspired fashion, accessories, and lifestyle products.
- Product Availability: We strive to maintain accurate inventory, but some items, especially limited editions, may sell out quickly.
10. Ordering Process
- Order Placement: To place an order, select your desired products, add them to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Provide accurate shipping and payment information.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase, total cost, and shipping details.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Customers may select available shipping options at checkout. Orders are tendered to the selected carrier for transportation under a shipment contract, and any separately stated shipping charge is the amount charged for that transportation service. Some shipping services may display a carrier name, such as FedEx, while others list only the service level. When a carrier name is not displayed, Ibiza Piggies™ may use USPS or another carrier or service level reasonably consistent with the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, and shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier transit schedules, and factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, operational disruptions, and customs processing for international shipments.
Important: Some shipping options may not display estimated delivery dates at checkout, as they depend on real-time carrier availability. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you can check the estimated delivery timeframe.
Shipment Contract; F.O.B. Origin
All purchases of merchandise from Ibiza Piggies™ that are shipped to the customer are made pursuant to a shipment contract and are sold F.O.B. origin. Title to the merchandise and risk of loss, delay, damage, theft, or carrier-related nondelivery pass to the purchaser when Ibiza Piggies™ duly delivers the package to the carrier for shipment. Shipping, delivery, and related transportation charges are separately stated at checkout and on the order confirmation or invoice, when applicable. After the package has been delivered to the carrier, transportation and delivery are performed by the carrier, and any claim for loss, delay, theft, damage, or nondelivery in transit must be made by the purchaser directly with the carrier.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard and expedited options are available via FedEx and USPS.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout when available.
- Tracking information will be sent via email once the order ships.
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume carrier processing.
- Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories, such as Guam or U.S. Virgin Islands, is not included in the free shipping offer and may incur additional charges.
International Shipping
- Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs processing may extend delivery times beyond estimates.
- Weather conditions, customs inspections, or political events may affect delivery schedules.
- Some international shipping options may not provide an estimated arrival time at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe shown in your tracking details, please contact the carrier first, USPS or FedEx, directly using your tracking number to open a case/claim. If you need order documentation from us to support your carrier case, such as invoice or shipment details, email [email protected].
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery or left unclaimed at the carrier’s facility, any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Shipping Insurance & Carrier Claims (Recipient Responsibility)
All orders ship with tracking via USPS or FedEx. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, delivery issues, including loss, theft, delays, or carrier-related damage, must be handled by the recipient directly with the carrier using the tracking number.
Claim decisions and any reimbursement are determined solely by the carrier under their rules and review process. We do not issue refunds for carrier-related loss, delay, or damage; any reimbursement is handled directly through USPS/FedEx.
Please keep the shipping box, packaging materials, and the item, if applicable, as the carrier may require them.
Force Majeure
Ibiza Piggies™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, including hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, etc.
- Strikes, labor disputes, or carrier disruptions.
- Government actions, customs delays, or global pandemics.
12. Amazon Availability and Third-Party Retail Links
Some Ibiza Piggies™ products may also be available for purchase on Amazon.com. When an “Available at Amazon” badge or Amazon product link appears on our website, clicking that link will redirect you to Amazon.com or an Amazon-controlled page.
Any purchase completed on Amazon.com is handled directly by Amazon and is subject to Amazon’s own checkout process, payment processing, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service, terms, conditions, and policies. Ibiza Piggies™ does not control Amazon’s checkout, fulfillment, delivery, returns, refund decisions, customer service process, account requirements, or website functionality.

13. Waitlist Clause
- Participation: You may join our waitlist for upcoming releases. This does not guarantee product availability; it only indicates interest.
- Notification: If and when the product becomes available, we will notify you by email on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Opt Out: You can opt out of the waitlist at any time.
14. Pre-Order Policy

Definition of Pre-Order
A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is available for shipment. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not currently in stock and that delivery timelines are estimates, subject to change.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order to secure your product. This payment guarantees your reservation but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Estimated Delivery Dates
Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of pre-order. However, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to factors such as production schedules, supply chain disruptions, customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any significant changes to the estimated timeline.

No Cancellations or Refunds
- Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and refunds are not available.
- If you no longer wish to proceed with your pre-order, store credit equal to the amount paid may be issued at our sole discretion. Pre-order store credit, if approved, does not include original shipping charges, processing costs, or any non-refundable fees. Requests for store credit must be made in writing to [email protected].
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Unfulfilled Pre-Orders
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to factors beyond our control, such as production issues or discontinued products, we will notify you and issue store credit equal to the amount paid for the pre-order.

Shipping of Pre-Ordered Items
Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship immediately, and the pre-order items will ship separately when available. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.

Color, Size, and Product Variations
- Color Variations: The colors of the products displayed on our website are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in screen resolution, device settings, lighting, or production variations.
- Size and Fit Disclaimer: Sizing charts provided on our website are intended as guides only. Slight variations in size may occur due to manufacturing tolerances. Customers are encouraged to refer to the provided size charts and contact us at [email protected] for further assistance if needed.
- By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.

Limitation of Liability
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that delays may occur. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by delays or changes to the estimated delivery schedule, including but not limited to missed deadlines or other inconvenience. Your sole remedy in such cases is store credit as outlined in this policy.

By placing a pre-order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy and the general Terms & Conditions of our website.
15. Returns, Store Credit & Exchanges Policy
Easy 14-Day Store Credit Returns
Ibiza Piggies™ accepts eligible apparel returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, subject to the conditions stated in this policy.
We do not issue monetary refunds to the original payment method, including credit card refunds, Stripe refunds, PayPal refunds, cash refunds, or any other form of payment reversal.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only and may be used for future purchases on ibizapiggies.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Ibiza Piggies™ does not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an order qualified for free shipping, the actual original shipping cost may be deducted from the store credit amount.
Customers are strongly encouraged to use a tracked shipping service. Ibiza Piggies™ is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or returned to the wrong address.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for:
- shipping the original item back to Ibiza Piggies™; and
- paying the new outbound shipping cost for the replacement item.
Exchanges are processed only after the original item has been received, inspected, and approved.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, approved returns may be issued as store credit only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Ibiza Piggies™ does not provide prepaid return labels.
16. Return Eligibility, Authorization & Inspection
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- unused;
- unworn;
- unwashed;
- unstained;
- odor-free;
- free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, body odor, pet hair, or signs of wear;
- not stretched, altered, damaged, or modified;
- returned with original tags, packaging, inserts, labels, and any item codes attached or included.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued.
If a return is denied after inspection, the customer may pay shipping to have the item sent back. If return shipping is not paid within 7 days of notice, the item may be considered abandoned.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved before being sent back.
To request a return, customers must email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery and include:
- order number;
- item requested for return;
- reason for return;
- clear photos of the item in its current condition;
- photos showing tags, packaging, inserts, labels, or item codes.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior written approval will not be processed and may be refused.
Returns sent to any address without written authorization from Ibiza Piggies™ are not eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund.
Inspection & Verification
Each Ibiza Piggies™ item may be inspected, photographed, video-recorded, tagged, coded, or otherwise documented before shipment for quality control and fraud prevention.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Ibiza Piggies™ reserves the right to deny any return that:
- does not match our original shipment records;
- appears worn, washed, altered, damaged, stretched, substituted, or incomplete;
- is missing tags, labels, packaging, inserts, or item codes;
- shows signs of use, odor, stains, makeup, deodorant, body odor, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or damage;
- appears fraudulent, inconsistent, or unverifiable.
All return approvals are subject to inspection.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- socks;
- hygiene-sensitive items;
- underwear or intimate items, if applicable;
- gift cards;
- customized or personalized items;
- items marked “Final Sale”;
- clearance items;
- wholesale orders;
- Faire orders, unless otherwise required by Faire’s platform rules.
17. Sales Tax Responsibility
Bahamas Piggies Enterprises LLC DBA Ibiza Piggies is required to collect and remit sales tax in states where we have nexus. Currently, we collect sales tax only for purchases made within Florida (USA). If you reside in a state where we do not have nexus, you are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable use tax to your state’s tax authority.
18. Product Quality
- Quality Assurance: Each item undergoes quality checks to meet our standards.
- Feedback and Concerns: Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding product quality. We strive to address all legitimate issues promptly, but no refunds will be issued.
19. Durability Disclaimer and Care Instructions
- General Disclaimer: Ibiza Piggies™ products, including apparel, accessories, caps, and other lifestyle items, are made with quality materials. However, normal wear and tear may occur over time depending on use, frequency, fit/tension, washing methods, heat exposure, and friction.
- Care Instructions: Always follow the care instructions on the product label. To protect prints, embroidery, silicone patches, zippers, and seams: wash cold on gentle cycle, turn garments inside out, close zippers before washing, avoid bleach and harsh detergents, avoid soaking, avoid ironing directly over prints/patches, and avoid high heat, including dryers, unless the label specifically allows it. Improper laundering, heat exposure, rough handling, abrasion, or snag-prone conditions may result in damage that is not covered by any warranty or claim.
- Not a defect: The following are not considered manufacturing defects: minor color/shade differences due to lighting or screen settings; natural irregularities inherent in textile processes; slight thread inconsistencies; minor finishing variations; small loose threads; normal fabric softening; minor fading; wrinkling or compression from packaging; pilling; pulls/snags from friction, including shoes, zippers, Velcro, jewelry, bags, rough surfaces; seam stress caused by fit, movement, or tension; minor seam loosening over time; and normal wear affecting prints, embroidery, silicone patches, and trims, including minor cracking, peeling, lifting, or fading due to washing, heat, abrasion, or improper care.
- Zippers, Seams, and Trims: Customers are responsible for proper handling of zippers and seams, such as closing zippers before washing, operating zippers gently, avoiding over-stretching, and avoiding snag-prone conditions. Damage caused by forced zipper use, fabric being pulled into the zipper, excessive tension, tailoring/alterations, or misuse is not covered and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
These care and durability terms also apply when evaluating any return, exchange, store credit request, or defect claim.
20. Defective Items, Shipping Damage & Final Sale Terms
Eligible apparel items may be returned under our 14-Day Store Credit Returns Policy, subject to the return eligibility, authorization, inspection, and condition requirements stated in these Terms.
We do not issue monetary refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances. Approved returns, if any, are issued as store credit only.
Certain items remain final sale, including socks, hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, customized or personalized items, clearance items, wholesale orders, Faire orders, and any items clearly marked “Final Sale,” unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable marketplace/platform rules.
Each item may be individually inspected and documented via high-resolution video or photography prior to shipment. A unique internal identifier, item code, packaging insert, tag, or other verification method may be assigned to authenticate each item and support quality control, fraud prevention, and return inspection.
All returns, exchanges, store credit requests, and defect claims are subject to inspection and verification. We reserve the right to request additional verification, require additional photos/videos, or deny any claim or return that appears incomplete, altered, inconsistent with our shipment records, inconsistent with normal wear/use, or fraudulent.
Claims for Manufacturing Defects (Within 48 Hours)
If you believe your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, you must submit a written claim within 48 hours of delivery to [email protected].
Your claim must include the following:
- Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue.
- The item in unworn, unwashed, unused, and original condition.
- Original packaging visibly included.
- The unique item code, tag, label, or packaging insert clearly shown.
- Photos of the outer and inner packaging, if applicable.
If approved, Ibiza Piggies™ may offer store credit, replacement, exchange, or another resolution at our discretion.
We do not issue monetary refunds.
Unauthorized Returns
Returned or unsolicited packages sent without prior written authorization will not be processed and may be refused.
Returns sent to any address without written authorization from Ibiza Piggies™ are not eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund.
If an unauthorized or denied return is received, the customer may be responsible for paying shipping costs to have the item sent back. If return shipping is not paid within 7 days of notice, the item may be considered abandoned.
What is NOT considered a manufacturing defect:
- Minor color or shade differences due to screen settings or lighting.
- Slight thread inconsistencies or finishing variations that do not affect intended use.
- Natural irregularities inherent in fabric dyes or textile processes.
- Wrinkling, compression, or folding from packaging or shipping.
- Fit preferences or sizing disagreements.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Pilling, pulls/snags, or wear caused by friction, including shoes, zippers, Velcro, jewelry, bags, or rough surfaces.
- Wear to prints, embroidery, silicone patches, and trims, including minor cracking, peeling, lifting, or fading due to washing, heat, abrasion, or improper care.
- Zipper-related snagging or damage caused by forced zipper use or fabric being pulled into the zipper.
- Seam stress caused by fit, movement, tension, stretching, or normal wear over time.
- Damage caused by washing, drying, heat, bleach, harsh detergents, soaking, ironing, friction, misuse, alteration, or improper care.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before purchasing.
Shipping Damage
If your item was damaged in transit, you must do the following:
- Contact the carrier, such as USPS or FedEx, directly and open a damage claim/case immediately using your tracking number.
- Keep the shipping box and all packaging materials, as the carrier may require them for inspection.
- If you need supporting documentation from us for your carrier claim, email [email protected] within 48 hours and include clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item.
Ibiza Piggies™ is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. We may provide available order/shipment documentation upon request to support your carrier claim.
We do not issue refunds for carrier-related loss, delay, damage, or nondelivery. Any reimbursement is handled directly through USPS/FedEx or the applicable carrier.
Wholesale / Faire Orders
Wholesale orders, including Faire orders, are final sale unless the item is incorrect, missing, or has an approved manufacturing defect reported within the required claim window.
Orders placed through Faire or any wholesale marketplace are also subject to that platform’s rules, which may override our retail return policy.
Retail return policies on ibizapiggies.com do not automatically apply to wholesale purchases.
21. Fraud Prevention and Security
- Verification Process: We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders suspected of fraud. Additional verification, such as government-issued ID, may be required if suspicious activity is detected.
- Shipping Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or stolen items due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders deemed suspicious or unverified. No monetary refund will be issued; rather, we will void the transaction before it processes or decline the sale entirely.

- Data Handling: Any personal data collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and protect your information.
- Security Measures: We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard customer data.

- Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Bahamas Piggies Enterprises LLC and is protected by international intellectual property laws.
24. Product Use and Liability
- Responsible Use: Customers are expected to use Ibiza Piggies™ products, including apparel, accessories, toys, etc., responsibly, adhering to provided guidelines or care instructions.
- Misuse Disclaimer: We disclaim liability for injuries or damages resulting from misuse or neglect of our products.
- Safety for Children: Adult supervision is recommended when products are used by children. Small parts may pose a choking hazard.
