🔁 Returns: Eligible apparel items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, subject to our return authorization, inspection, and condition requirements. We do not issue monetary refunds to the original payment method.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unstained, odor-free, and in original condition with original tags, packaging, inserts, labels, and item codes attached or included.
🚚 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Ibiza Piggies™ does not provide prepaid return labels. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to Ibiza Piggies™ and paying the new outbound shipping cost for the replacement item.
